If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At Kidstafel we do everything we can to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased from our suppliers. If you have proof of purchase of the product, you can contact us directly.
How can I return my order in whole or in part?
If you decide to return your order to us within 30 days, we will refund the purchase price of the products within 5 days of receipt in our warehouse. However, we cannot reimburse the costs of returning the product.
To return your order, please follow these steps:
1. Send us an email at info@kidstafel.com and let us know that you want to return the order or parts of it to us.
2. Ask our customer service if we can accept the return. You can also find the return address (note: not the same as the order address) on our website.
3. If we can accept the return (within the return period), please follow the instructions below. Pack the product securely, in the original packaging.
4. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
5. Send the track & trace code to our customer service.
6. After we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you for the returned products within 3 days via the payment method you used to pay for the order.
In addition, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
1. Pre-ordered products. If the product is out of stock, it cannot be returned.
Products that are damaged upon arrival.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will then send you a replacement product.
In case of a serious problem, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged part of the product. It is best to take photos from a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible. After receiving the photos, our team will inform you about the next steps.
If your shipment is found to be defective upon arrival, we will always send a new package free of charge. If the error occurs a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.

Cancellation of orders
